Sunday July 31 there will be a welcome reception at the conference venue at 6PM.

On Monday August 1 the official conference dinner will take place. The dinner is held at the Georgia Aquarium and will be a unique opportunity to socialize and enjoy great food in the company of some very interesting animals. The Georgia Aquarium is the largest in the world and a unique facility.

One of the Georgia Aquarium's major goals is to be the leading facility for aquatic animal conservation and research. It has a state-of-the-art animal health facility, the Correll Center for Aquatic Animal Health. The health facility is 10,000 square feet and was designed by world class veterinarian professionals and conservation organizations. It is the only integration of an aquarium and a veterinarian teaching hospital. On a more global scale, the Georgia Aquarium supports, conducts and leads research on environmental and conservation issues.

The Oceans Ballroom is the most unique ballroom in Atlanta. With two large aquatic observation windows, guests find themselves face-to-face with exotic fish and animals from every corner of the globe.

Tuesday August 2 there is a farewell reception which also will take place at the conference venue.

The conference is held at the Renaissance Atlanta, which is in the middle of the Midtown district. This is the premier restaurant / bar area of Atlanta and there are plenty of opportunities to explore the areas.
